Job/Person Summary

Clanfield Junior School offers before and after school wrap around care.  We are looking for an after school club assistant who will be reliable and flexible in their approach to the role.

We would like to hear from you if you have the vision to make our  new child care provision an exciting, enjoyable and safe places for our children.

Your duties will include:

• Welcoming children and helping them to settle in to the session
• Serve after school tea whilst ensuring safe and hygienic food practices are followed
• Supporting the children in a wide variety of active games and quieter small group activities including cookery, board games, construction, arts and crafts and sporting activities
• Clearing away all equipment at the end of the session

You will need to show an understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and health & safety procedures. Ideally you will have first aid and food hygiene certificates, however training can be provided.
