The PE and Sports funding is a government scheme which is designed to help primary schools improve the quality of PE and sports activities they offer to children in schools.

As a Junior School,  we receive funding for Years 3 – 6.

We have been allocated £20,576.96 sports funding for the academic year 2023-2024.  

Our plans for this funding include: Specialist sports coaches to work alongside and upskill our teachers, Additional after school sports clubs to increase the offer for our children,  and Lunchtime Playleader training for our Year 5 children in preparation for taking on the role in the next academic year.
