All schools must provide swimming instruction either in key stage 1 or key stage 2.

At Clanfield Junior, swimming lessons are delivered in the Summer Term of Year 5. In this term, children take part in 6 weeks of lessons, delivered by fully qualified swimming teachers at the Taro Centre in Petersfield.
