Breakfast Club and After school club

Our wraparound care is more than just childcare — it’s an extension of our school’s nurturing ethos. We want every child to feel a strong sense of belonging, to start and finish their day surrounded by trusted adults who know them well, and to enjoy opportunities to play, relax and build friendships.

Our aim is to provide a safe, happy and homely environment where children can start and end their day feeling relaxed, cared for and part of our CJS family — all while having lots of fun with their friends! We want every child to feel a strong sense of belonging, to build confidence and independence, and to enjoy opportunities that support their wellbeing throughout the school day and beyond.

What We Offer

Children enjoy a wide range of activities to suit all interests — from creative crafts and construction to outdoor adventures.
After-school sessions make the most of our fantastic school grounds, with access to scooters, the trim trail, our woodland area, and playground games.

Session Times and Prices

Breakfast Club
🕢 7:30am – 8:45am — £4.50
A calm and friendly start to the day, with a healthy breakfast and time to play or chat with friends before lessons begin.

After School Club

Children enjoy using our wonderful outdoor spaces, including the trim trail, playground and woodland area, as well as indoor games, crafts and construction toys. There’s always something for everyone — from quiet reading corners to lively group games.

A healthy snack is provided each afternoon, giving children a chance to refuel and refresh before heading home.

We offer a variety of session lengths to suit your family’s needs:

• 🕞 3:25pm – 4:00pm (Mini) — £1.00

• 🕞 3:25pm – 5:00pm (Short) — £5.50

• 🕞 3:25pm – 5:30pm (Long) — £6.50

• 🕞 3:30pm – 6:00pm (Extended) — £7.50

Please note: Children collected after 6:00pm will be charged £7.50 plus a £5.00 late collection fee.

All places must be booked and paid for in advance via the Arbor app.

Childcare Voucher Provider

Childcare vouchers are not accepted for the following:

• School lunches
• Voluntary contributions
• School trips during school hours or related to the school curriculum
• Residential trips that take place away from the school’s registered premises.

Please be aware that, under HMRC rules, any overpayment of childcare vouchers cannot be refunded directly to parents due to the tax benefits received on purchase.
