The children thoroughly enjoyed Christmas lunch earlier this week, with 230 children crammed into the hall to enjoy a seasonal feast from the school kitchen.
House Captains had spent the morning setting up the hall and entries into the table decoration competition topped off a beautiful looking room, greatly appreciated by everyone involved.
Staff, decked out in Christmas attire, served the children whilst they sang festive songs at the tops of their voices and to top it all, every child's cracker had a raffle ticket inside, with ten lucky winners claiming their prize!
Many, many thanks to our kitchen staff of Karen Peach, Trudi Comley and Helen Cook for their incredible efforts! (And a special 'get well soon' wish to Sheila Watts, who would have been there too, had it not been for her unexpected recent illness).
