Spring Day
🌸 Spring Outdoor Learning Celebration Day 🌸
What a wonderful day we had for our Spring Outdoor Learning Celebration! The whole school spent the day immersed in nature, taking part in a range of inspiring workshops and creative activities designed to celebrate our beautiful grounds and love of the outdoors.
Children had the amazing opportunity to work with Clarke Reynolds, a talented blind Braille artist, to create unique pieces of nature-inspired art. They also enjoyed pond dipping sessions led by Rachel Ritchie from PeCAN, discovering the fascinating creatures that live in our school pond. Our garden therapist guided pupils through calming, hands-on gardening activities, helping them appreciate the wellbeing benefits of being outdoors.
It was a joyful day filled with creativity, curiosity, and collaboration — and even better, our fantastic families joined us to share in the fun! Together, we celebrated our outdoor spaces and the important part they play in our children’s learning and happiness. 🌿
