Vision and Values
Our Vision
For every child to feel safe, happy and grow both personally and academically through the strong relationships within our school community and beyond.
Our Vision is what we strive to achieve as a school community, and it is at the heart of what we do.
Our curriculum aims:
•For all children and adults to live and breathe our school values•For all children and adults to be the best that they can be•To maximise learning time for everyone•To make sure everyone gets precisely what they need to be successful learners•For all children to be ready for secondary school
Our Values
Our School Values were chosen and agreed upon by our wonderful children, their families, and our dedicated staff team in the summer of 2023. They are incredibly important to us, as they define what it means to be part of Clanfield Junior School and guide everything we do.
We live and breathe our values every day — through whole-school and class assemblies, volunteering roles, school trips, our curriculum, and through the way we treat and support one another.
Children are recognised and celebrated for showing our values in action. They can earn special value wristbands and have the opportunity to be nominated for the weekly Class Star Award, which shines a light on those who go above and beyond in demonstrating what it means to be a true member of the Clanfield community.
Our values are more than just words — they are the foundation of who we are and the reason our school continues to be such a kind, caring, and inspiring place to learn.
Be Kind – Be Resilient – Be Respectful – Be Curious

‘Be the Best that You Can Be.’
