Family support at CJS

Building trusting and supportive relationships with our families is something we are very proud of at CJS. We value the strong partnerships we build with parents and carers, working together to help every child flourish.

Mrs Moakes, our ELSA, knows our families well and is always happy to offer support or guidance. If you would like to arrange a meeting, please contact the school office.

CJS coffee mornings

8th October Coffee morning:

We held our first coffee morning this term with Mrs Dawkins and Mrs Moakes. It was great to meet parents and discuss life at CJS.  Some of the key points discussed included:

  • Opportunities for parents to meet other parents
  • Ideas for using the community room
  • Workshops or parent courses 
  • Troubleshooting/sharing feedback from parents
  • Local groups to link with
