CJS Governing Body Profile

The Governors that make up the governing body of CJS have a very wide range of knowledge and skills, attributes and experiences.  We have governors who have worked as scientists and researchers, others work in public services such as the NHS, Police and Education.  Others have worked in a range of private sectors both in this country and abroad. We try as a board to put all our expertise into the role of governance. 

The majority of us have had children or grandchildren that have attended or are attending CJS.  We know how crucial a fulfilling time at junior school is to the successful future development of our young people.  This is why we, as a board, support and challenge our school to be the best it can be; this includes the staff, the children and the governors.
